The double-tip brow brush by blacklUp has been designed to sculpt, fill out and discipline the eyebrows with a single tool.
Its slanted tip helps fill in and define the eyebrows with precision, while its wand brush gently shapes them. Using the slanted tip, apply the colour from the centre of the eyebrow to the tip. Then apply the same colour in very thin layers above the eyebrow for a very natural result. Blend the colour using the brush.
