Our Return Policy
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery for online orders and for offline purchases within 15 days of purchase date
- All returns must undergo and pass our Quality Control review for a refund to be issued.
- Item(s) must be returned with the receipt in order to confirm your purchase.
- Only unopened, original packaged items in unused condition are eligible.
- Full returns must include the gift with purchase, otherwise, a deduction of *N5,000* will apply. (if the gift item is a product, the full value of the product will be deducted from the refund)
- Damaged or defective items upon delivery must be returned within 15 days for a refund or exchange. Please inspect product upon receipt and contact us immediately to file a report and provide feedback. Essenza will then make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether the claimed defective item is eligible for return based on the information you provide us.
Eligibility & Refunds:
- Only products purchased at essenza.ng or Essenza stores are eligible for returns.
- Refunds will only be issued to the person and account that made the original purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item received is damaged or faulty.
- Engraved or any personalized items are not eligible for returns.
- Products must be returned with the original box, packing materials and a copy of the invoice. Please note that Essenza is not responsible in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
Faulty Goods
Any items delivered to you that are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded if reported within 15 days. Please contact the online customer service by emailing us at support@essenza.ng or calling us at +234 906 285 8516 and we will assist you in the process.
